Today I got fresh carrots with leaves
still on. Carrots leaves have a sweet
earthy flavor and can be used in a variety of dishes.
2 carrots with leaves（preferably fresh）
2 tbsp （table spoon of）miso paste
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp（tea spoon of）mustard
1. Chop carrots into 1cm pieces.
2. Cut stem of carrot into 1cm pieces.
3. Boil cubed carrots for 3minutes,
add the stems,and boil them for 1
minute. Just before turning off the gas,add leaves.
