This is my new recipe I found in the organic foods'delivery company's flier -Radish Boya's recipe.
It's easy and nutritious!

I've used the Radish Boya's delivery for 30 yesterdays.
Ingredients :carrot 1
butter or oil-1 table spoon
a pinch of salt
1. Slice a carrot into 3 pieces lenthwise.
2.Microwave a carrot at 500w. for 3 min.
3.Put oil or butter in the pan and grill the carrot until browned.
4.Sprinkle salt ( and pepper if you like) on it.
注)オリーブオイルは身体の為には火を通して使わない方がいいみたいです
