Genovese sauce

Genovese sauce

Ingredients    basil leaves  100g
                            EX olive oil     80cc
                            1 piece of garlic
                            3 tbsp grated cheese
                            2 tsp pine nut

Instructions
1. Blend (blender or food processor)
    basil leaves,EX olive oil and   crushed garlic.
2.Add grated cheese and pine nut,
blend to a paste.
