Ingredients （serves 3）
9 pieces of cut cattlefish（can use
5-6 Komatsuna leaves（stems included）
1 pinch of chopped red pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Oyster sauce
1. Cut Komatsuna into 7cm pieces
2. Fry cattlefish, red pepper for 1 minute on medium.
3. Add Komatsuna to pan and stir-fry lightly with the cattlefish and red
4. Add soy sauce, mix well and turn
the heat off.
