Peperoncino with canned fish


Ingredients(serves 3)


can of mackerel
(also can use canned sardine,tuna,salmon,or other fish)

1/6 cabbage

1.6mm pasta

pinch of chopped red pepper

1 tsp(tea spoon) of  grated garlic


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Chop cabbage.

2.Boil pasta for 6〜7 minutes.

3.Add cabbage into the boiling water with pasta just before turning off the heat.

4. Stain the pasta and cabbage.


5. Fry the pasta and cabbage mixture with fish,red pepper and garlic for 5 seconds.

6. Add the liquid from canned fish and soy sauce/salt to taste.
